DESS Intraoral Scan Abutments are spray free due to the sandblasting treatment (SelectGrip® technology) done during the manufacturing process, which allows for a perfect finish and better radiopacity. Their surface is enhanced with ZrN coating that improves resistance and durability. The radiopaque Zirconia material that can be tightened by hand or with a special tool (included with the intraoral scan abutment).

DESS Desktop Scan Abutments are manufactured in a durable and radiopaque PEEK material and features the SelectGrip® technology, an enhanced retention surface treatment that improves overall retention up to 500%. The scan abutments higher position orientation shape provides technician with maximum visibility. Eliminating the screw hole from the scan abutment design also eliminates the need to use a screwdriver, eliminates any scan distortion and the captive screw facilitates easy and safe manual positioning, cleaning, and autoclaving.
